My answers:
Yes , they should leave her alone. What she did may not be moral or normal, but now the poor lady may suffer from loosing her newborns and she's faces with the whole world knowing.
As much as she may need the money, I don't think that she should take this opportunity because of her already ruined rep. Poor kids!
